The Start
SuperTrees Botanicals was founded on a deeply personal mission: to create clean, effective CBD products that genuinely help people heal.
Brant Walker and his father were successful tree farmers, growing SuperTrees and supplying them throughout the Pacific Northwest.
When Brant’s father began suffering from seizures, traditional medications caused severe side effects with limited relief. After years of searching for better options, he turned to CBD as a natural alternative to help manage his seizures.
A Closer Look at CBD Quality
At a family holiday gathering, Brant and his brother, Bryce Walker, PhD in Chemical Engineering, reviewed the CBD product their father was using.
Like many CBD products on the market, it was extracted using butane and contained misleading CBD potency claims. That moment revealed a clear need for transparent, accurately labeled, and cleanly extracted CBD.
From 300 Hemp Plants to a Purpose-Driven CBD Company
With hemp newly legalized in the United States, Brant began a small trial by planting 300 hemp plants across several cultivars, hoping the genetic makeup of one would provide the outcomes they wanted.
That experiment quickly scaled into a full-scale operation, producing nearly 30,000 hemp plants in the first year.
SuperTrees Botanicals Is Born
Despite early challenges, including failed growers, drying facilities, and extraction partners, everything ultimately aligned. SuperTrees Botanicals built its own lab and invested in supercritical CO₂ (sCO₂) extraction technology, one of the cleanest and most precise methods available for producing high-quality, full-spectrum CBD oil.

Research and Development
Bryce Walker, PhD, led the research and development of SuperTrees Botanicals’ formulations. He designed the decarboxylation process required to convert CBDA into bioavailable CBD—an essential step in creating CBD products the body can effectively absorb and use.
Blending his advanced chemical engineering with plant-based medicine, Bryce was able to formulate CBD tinctures and topical salves that were safe, consistent, and effective. -
Clinically Tested CBD Products
SuperTrees Botanicals conducted in-clinic evaluations of all products at Canby Clinic with Erin Walker, N.D., a licensed naturopathic physician and Brant’s wife.

- Full-spectrum CBD tinctures supported sleep quality and helped reduce anxiety
After successful clinical trials, we released a full line of CBD products.

A Naturopathic Foundation
Since 2007, Erin Walker, N.D., has used evidence-based herbal medicine to support patient health, including formulas for blood pressure support, digestive health, and fluid balance.
Through SuperTrees Botanicals, her clinically tested formulations are now available beyond Canby Clinic, allowing more people access to clean, practitioner-designed supplements.
